Monterey Bay Aquarium Donation Request Requirements & Guidelines:

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is happy to provide donated tickets for fundraising purposes to non-profits located in Monterey County and schools located in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties.

• Organizations must have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and provide a Federal Tax ID number.
• Only one request from an organization or school can be submitted each calendar year. Please note: If there is more than one department, club or division within an organization or school, we can only accept one request per year, per organization.
• We do not give or sponsor events with monetary donations.
• We do not donate to individuals or for-profit organizations.

Your attached letter must be sent using your organization's letterhead and must include the following information:
A) Your nonprofit tax ID number
B) A description and date of the event
C) An explanation of how the proceeds from the fundraiser will be used

We need to receive all this information at least one month prior to the event in order to consider your request. We donate tickets once per year per organization.

If your organization meets the above criteria, please submit your request.
